opinions on this 91 silverado
Hello, sorry for this being my first post, but I'm new to the USA and saw this Silverado advertised locally and quite like the look of it.
1991 Silverado 1500 step side
It starts and runs ok, has some paint issues, but I'm worried it might be too much money? I have searched Google, which is how I found this site, and they seem to vary in price greatly.
For only a few hundred dollars more I have seen 2005 ford f150's etc, obviously much newer with lower mileage.
I really like this look (and sound ) of this Silverado though.
Any thoughts greatly apppreciated, and I look forward to spending more time here once I get settled in the USA
Many thanks,
Ed

Welcome the forum and the USA. You gotta give us more info, motor, mileage, body condition etc. With that we can give you an idea also try kelleybluebook.com or kbb.com. You can enter everything on the truck and it will give you the value.

Sorry, I didn't realise the advert had been deleted.
It's a 1991 stepside Silverado, 240k miles on the clock, but 94k on the motor. Refurbished auto transmission, smogged.
It has a 350 cu motor, runs nice.
I saved the pics off the advert will upload in a few minutes. Paint has some lacquer peel and chips, but body is tidy for the age.
Seat is retrimmed, has 17inch wheels, theowner has changed the grill, lights, and headers I think.

Okay well looking from the outside in, I would prob give $4000 to $4500. I don't know what price he was asking, but I know people try and put sentimental value on their vehicles and ask way too much for them. I hope you find something you like.
