Question Oxygen sensor DTC P0036 will not go away.





Had DTC P0036, Replaced drivers side post Cat sensor and reset DTC. P0036 keeps coming back.



’07 new body style 6.0L Vmax

The problem may not be the Heated O2 sensor, it could be the wiring or even something else upstream of the sensor.
The code is the symptom the computer sees but not necessarily the actual cause...
I'd check the wiring and the connector to the sensor, it might be worth checking all fuses as well...

At idle HO2S12 = 440-600mv
HO2S22 = 195 -180mv
