I have a 99 Chvy Silv. Z71that is immaculate condition. But every time I get in the drivers seat I look down at my windshield and see paint peeling off the part that holds my winshield wiper on. My friends Z71 also has the same problem. Anyone know anything I can do to fix my problem I know someone else out there has the same problem.
