That belt looks old and worn.They will stretch like a rubber band when old and fly off.

I bet a dollar once you get a new belt on there the problem will go away.

Wanted to let y'all know that I did bought new belts and put it on. So far the belt didnt came off yet. Many thanks for all of your help!
