every gear shifts well except when i shift into reverse even with the clutch all the way down it grinds. the ways to make it go into reverse are to jam it in, start it with it in reverse, or put it in fifth and let the clutch up a little to slow down the flywheel a little then put it in reverse. is this just a clutch adjustment problem, and if it is is it something that is easy enough to do at home?
