Default Problems with my truck.....please help

I have a 1992 Chevrolet k2500, 4wd, auto trans, so I bought it not running, replaced the fuel pump and filter, got the truck started and it was dumping fuel into the throttle body, so i replaced the EGR valve, the TPS Sensor, and the AICV, that made the fuel flow much better in the throttle body. so here is the problem, the engine will idle just fine, revs up just fine, as soon as you put the transmission in drive and put a load on it, it starts to sputter, blows black smoke and then die. so i replaced the spark plugs, and it still does the same thing. when it is under load, it runs like there is too much fuel, I am at a complete loss for what is going on....does anyone have any idea's at all or had this problem.
