Default Putting 6.0 in my 98 Silverado

Well the gears in my head are turning and Im thinkin instead of doing all these upgrades to make my 5.7 vortec more powerful. Why not just replace it with a used 6.0 ! So used engine/computer/wire harness pry $1500. Will it just bolt right in? I`ll pry have to replace the fuel lines im guessin. Is exhaust the same? I got a 4L60E trans will that bolt up and handle 6.0 power?

If you want to boost power it might be more cost effective to add a supercharger to the 5.7.
