Default Putting axle bearings again in

Hello,

Truck : chevy silverado 1994 C1500 standard cab.

I've pulled the axle bearings out with a slide hammer. But I can't get the new ones in. What can I do ?

make sure the housing is cleaned well, if I remember right, its been awhile you should be able to get em started, then take a socket the same size as the outer part of the bearing, put against bearing, and hit with a hammer until the bearing is seated where it needs to be.
