Radiator fan stays on while truck is running and ac blows hot

Radiator fan stays on while truck is running and ac blows hot
The radiator fans come on and stay on while the truck is running and the ac blows hot both issues started at the same time. New thermostat has been put it with no change. 2018 silverado 4.3L

the rad fan should come on and stay on whenever the ac is turned on.
if the rad fan is on all the time with the ac off...check for dtc and post them here.
ac- is the compressor clutch engaging when the ac is turned on? ...check for low refrigerant charge...have the system recovered by an shop with an ac machine.
is the charge is low...you have a leak...verifying the charge level is a good starting point.
