Angry radio/battery troubles.

on my 91 chevy plow truck i put in a new battery and now i have no radio. the radio was turned off so i don't think it was a power surge.on my two other newer chevy's there is theft lock so i can reset the radio if the battery is disconnected but there is no theft lock on the 91.
is there a away to reset the radio?
thank's tux

I know this is pretty obvious but....did you check fuses? Is this an after market radio (in line fuse) or stock?

i checked the one fuse it is good. it is a stock radio,if there is an in line fuse the dash has to come out.a lot of work for a fuse.
