Default Replaced oil pressure sensor, cylinder 1 misfire

Took my truck to a mechanic to replace the oil pressure sensor and when i went to pick it up it had a miss on cylinder 1. The plug wire and coil has been replaced. What else could it be and how in the world are the 2 even remotely connected? 2008 chevy silverado 1500 with 5.3

they are not related.
Is it a dead miss that is there at all times?

swap the plug with another cylinder and see if the misfire stays with the plug. if it doesn't do a compression check. I believe cyl 1 is an afm cylinder...if you have no compression, the afm lifter may have collapsed. did you run it out of oil?
