Default Replacement Driveshaft

Issue
I put a big dent in my driveshaft. Although I'm not feeling any serious vibrations I've been told that it needs to be replaced ASAP. I've noticed there are a lot of driveshaft manufactures out there and I wanted to see what was recommended.

Vehicle
Year: 1996
Model: 1500
Engine: 5.0L V8; 4WD
Current driveshaft appears to be aluminum.

Comments
I do tend to abuse this truck and have been known to do some off-roading (probably how the dent got there). Maybe that impacts which driveshaft I should pick up. Also, I will be doing this myself. Thanks for any advice!

I broke my stock shaft on my 05..ended up getting the spicer replacement from GM. I would recommend replacing it with the factory piece unless you can justify the cost difference if any
