Default reset a new a/c actuator

anybody know how to reset a new actuator , need to replace one of my ac actuators and need to know how to reset it

If you are referring to an electric air door actuator on the HVAC assembly, with the key off, remove the 10A HVAC 1 fuse, wait a couple of minutes, and then reinstall the fuse. If that doesn't work, you'll have to take it in and get it relearned using a scan tool.

so ignition off take the fuse out for a couple minutes put it back in and then just start it up and try a/c ?

You don't actually have to turn the engine on but that's the general idea.
