well hello,

im new here and looking for some help. 02 silverado,1st off the reverse lights dont work and no other problems i know all the stuff working up to the lights work tested with multimeter and check bulb sockets and they have power with key on and truck in reverse (11.9) and (0.4) in neutral i checked bulbs and they are good put in new bulbs but still dont work how can i have power at the sockets but no lights, is there something im missing

 

Check for a good clean ground, must have to complete light curcuit

 

i used the socket ground as a ground i called dealership and they said usually its the reverse switch but if i have power there, the only thing they can think is the socket has power but not a good connection and said to replace socket
