Default No signal from BCM for reverse lights.. and still 3rd brake light problem

OK heres a quick setup of whats going on. Few months ago I did complete interior swap (including dash). I had grey cloth LT1 interior to black LTZ interior. A month after that the BCM went bad from a pinched cable from my aftermarket alarm. The BCM was replaced but after for some reason the third brake light and reverse lights dont work. I have a buddy that is a tech at the dealer but he is extremely busy so I cant run it through warranty. Today I decided to just run a line with a relay to the third brake just to get that out of the way, I was planning on doing the same thing for the reverse lights because i Just installed some reverse sensors and I needed the signal to power it but I am not getting any signal whatsoever from the BCM. Its supposed to be a dark blue wire at the white plug pin 22 at the BCM but I cant understand why. Does anyone have a clue?

Yes it is a new bcm, it was changed at the dealer. Also, before the BCM went bad everything was working just to let you all know.

yeah it must be that, its the only thing I could think of cause Im sure the signal goes to the BCM first instead of anywhere else.
