Hi all, the reverse lights on my 97 1500 automatic haven't worked since i bought the truck, and neither have my cargo lights. the dome light works, but not when the doors open, you have to manually turn them on. I just replaced the P/N safety switch (or whatever it's called), and still nothing. How tightly is that supposed to sit on the shift linkage? it slid on pretty easily and had a little play...the old one was stuck on really bad so i don't know how it's supposed to fit. any ideas?
