94 cav no headlights, dash lights, dome lights....

94 cav no headlights, dash lights, dome lights....
went to start and found out that the following stopped working-
headlamps- high and low
dome light
door chime
tail lamps
power locks
dash lights
horn
the only things that work are the radio, heater, wipers, and turn signals
is the computer fried?
