Rim Offset from 2012 fit on a 1998

Will the rims and tires from a 2012 Silverado(Goodyears Wrangler ST 265-70-17) fit on a 1998 K1500 (both 6 lug). ? the off-set for both respective vehicles

They'll fit...if they're they same lug pattern it should be no problem. Test it out and see I guess
