Hey all, my name is Jay and am brand new to this site so please bear with me. I own a 99 Silverado that has, within the last 3 weeks, decided to take its time starting. I have replaced all the plugs and wires, I also got a new fuel filter but haven't installed it yet. Does anyone have any other suggestions....I'm all ears. A co-worker also looked at the fuel pressure regulator and didn't see a problem. I don't kno if I have to come back to this site for any responces I may get so please just look under my profile and email me, thanks!

Hi 1MeanMarine,
Welcome to the Chevy Forums.
I'm just a laid back Navy sailor, so try to bear with me.
Two things, first, changing the air filter would probably be in order.
Second, pop that distributor cap, and make sure everything is in order. Rotor OK? Is the dielectric grease on the bottom of the ECM dried out?
