I have a 96 Chevy 1500 extended cab. Will the front seat from a 03 Tahoe bolt in? I can buy the front buckers and console from the 03 Tahoe for $200.

Do you have buckets or a bench? If you originally had buckets, your best bet is to bolt the tahoe seats to your original riser/slider assembly.
If you have a bench, you'll need to get two more 88-98 seat risers, and drill the holes for the inner mounts on both seats. The floorpan is usually dimpled where the holes should go for buckets.
