the servive has been done but only when in 2wd, spin the rear tires or just driving on bumpy road The truck is a 2004 Silverado Z71 5.3L ext.cab. Turn the engine off and restart the engine....all is reset back to normal.? anyone know why this happens?

also what is the solenoid that is attached to the rear side of the fuel tank that is hosed the the Charcol Canister?
