Service Air Bag light

Hello!
I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado regular cab with 50,000 miles on it.... when I started my truck this morning the "service air bag" light came on. Any thoughts on what the problem might be? The air bag has never deployed. Help!

Need to have the codes scanned to see why the light is on
