Check the slack in your timing chain, 93 I'm assuming it's got some miles on it. roll the crank back and forth and watch the rotor at the same time to see how loose the chain is. if there is alot of slack it can cause many problems.

Just checked the chain and seems fine actually. Wasn't slipping or anything

sounds a lot like timing to me. I know you said it was adjusted; I'd do it again anyway and see if that helps.
I'm a little confused about your comment: "I also noticed wayyyyy too much gas in the air cleaner. Pretty bad when the gas makes my air filter stick where I almost have to pry it out."
You said your fuel system is throttle-body fuel injection. In that system, fuel is sprayed directly into the throttle bore by the injector. I think I would be concerned about why gas is getting into the air cleaner at all. It seems to suggest that far too much fuel is being fed into the throttle bore. That would make the engine bog down. Timing will also make your engine bog. Do you smell gasoline as you're driving? The more details you offer, the better chances we all have of helping you figure this out. Good luck.

Hmm this might be tough.

Well the issue for the mOST part seems to happen at it's worse between 1200 - 2200 RPMS. Not saying that it only happens then, just seem to feel it at it's worst there.

You know with a manual transmission when you give it gas to where the injectors kick over to give it more gas, seems to not really give me that boost of power in that range. Feels that I have more power almost when I don't give it hell. When it's all said and done, when I open the hood and the air cleaner up.. it's filled with gas. It never does it when it's in the garage.. I would rev it up with all of that stuff opened up.. don't see gas spitting back out of the throttle body or anything.I almost want to drive it without the air cleaner on once but that's a big risk I would think. Especially with dirty snow covered roads... But also dont want to spend the mony on a new air cleaner to see if that's the issue.. not gig it enough air.

Unless you thing that timing chain can make it bog to where I get gas in the cleaner probably due to me keeping it to the floor to attempt to stay with traffic.

dam...
seems like with all that you could have rebuilt the entire engine for less

I know that this thread is a few months old now, but, my 1995 Silverado TBI 5.7 does the exact same thing. I have replaced TPS, Coolant Temp Sensor, Ignition Module, Coil and it does not spit any codes, even tho some times my check engine light comes on for a minit or two on the expressway. It seems to run a little better when it's warm out. I dont get the fuel in the air cleaner though. Please liven this post again, I know someone HAS to know something about this problem. I'm losing my mind! THANK YOU!

Oh yeah, I've used 3 cans of Seafoam, 1 can in fuel tank, 1 can thru the intake, 1/3 can in crank case before oil change(3 times in the last month). This did nothing.

Well I did EVERYTHING.. I think I have it fixed for the most part but it was my o2 Sensor.. even though 3 shops tested it and said it was fine.. it was screwed up. It's only like 30 - 40 bucks.. sometimes easy to replace, right on the exhaust pipe before the catalytic converter. I still have a bog at the higher rpm but I havent checked timing again after all of this haha.
The one test I did to realize that it was probably o2 sensor was drive it until the truck was as warm as possible. Park and let it run for like 15 - 30 minutes in idle. After that, kick it in gear and drive it.. if it's boggin so bad that it hardly wants to move.. definitely change the o2 sensor. I think mine was getting too hot and faulting.

So if you were getting the bogging issues more at the lower rpm range during acceleration.. o2 sensor is my best guess.. Let me know if that helps
