I'm not trying to be a jackass by saying this, but I almost have to laugh. As I was reading all of the stuff you replaced and all the work you did, I was thinking to myself, "watch it be something simple this whole time, like an O2 sensor or something." That's just how these things seem to work I guess. It's whenever you've tried everything you can think of, the problem ends up being something simple you kick yourself over in the end. And I know what you're saying about the problem not occuring when you take it to the shop. That's what happened to pretty much every single vehicle me or my dad have taken to a garage... Glad you got it fixed though, Tweekin, and hopefully you can get yours fixed to, coreyawood.

Hi coreyawood,

Did you figured it out the issue was the EGR, New EGR solenoid and fuel filter.by the comments from this post/forum or something else. I saw the 02 sensor corrected from T AKA Tweekin issue in his last comment. I have a 93 GMC P35 with pretty much the same problems below as Tweekin , I had the gas smell, but think one of many trial and errors took care of that I think.

. bog is at it's worse when the RPMs are between 1200 - 2200. Sometimes when the traffic lights turn green when sitting there,

. I will give it gas and seems that there was a blip of power then gone and comes back which results in me slamming my head into my steering wheel haha (Truck doesn't shut off). When I'm in overdrive, I can hardly make it up a small hill, sometimes same case scenario in 3rd gear. When in 3rd or overdrive, the truck would shake bad.

. There are times where it works perfect for a while though.
