when I have the truck in drive with my foot on the brake the truck at a complet stop it feels like I have my foot on the gas at the same time it's starts off rough lose of power but when it gets going its perfectly normal it make a sound like the rpms are downing up but the gage doesn't move

 

possible vacuum leak..
