Default Silverado acceleration problems.

Hello, I'm Aaron. I'm new to the forum and need some major help. I own a 1999 Silverado 1500 5.3 v8 with 187,000 miles. I bought it brand new from the dealer in 99. It has always ran great until recently. The acceleration is embarrassing. I noticed it almost a year ago and started looking for answers. When I press on the throttle it doesn't necessarily bog down but just simply doesn't haul ***. It takes more than 6 seconds to get to 30!! There is no torque at all....

I have a spectre air intake and a magnaflow dumped exhaust.

I used to be able to punch it and get stuck to the seat. I went to the drag strip once right before this started happening and ran a 9.8 1/8th mile. I was keeping up with turbo'd Subaru sti's and Infiniti g36's.

I replaced the MAF sensor, all four 02 sensors, new fuel filter, catalytic converter, spark plugs, intake manifold gasket, cleaned the throttle body, oil change and new air filter.

I really need some help on what could be going on. I'm tired of places scamming me for sh*t I don't need. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

~Aaron

Time for a new fuel pump....it is literally running out of gas

Actually, the fuel pressure is too low. With close to 200K it is a classic symptom.

I was thinking it was a fuel pump. The guys at NAPA told me my transmission was slipping but I know forsure that its not.

And yes my engine light is on. My ABS module has been out for many years now but it hasn't affected anything.
