ok. well today i had my truck on, it started acting like it had low power and was trying to cut off, but it stayed on for about 10 mins(till i turned it off), and when i went to turn it off, it acted like it didnt want to turn off, so i put a little force with it, and turn it back too far(to the point where you can listen to the radio), and the key is stuck there, and the ignition wont move. i have the battery unhooked to help save my battery, because the radio and lights all come if i have it hooked up

so
-the key is stuck back 1 position from where the key can come out
-the steering wheel is locked
-the ignition wont move
-the truck is stuck in park

i have tried
-moving the steering wheel back and fourth
-rocking the truck back and fourth

what else can i do, that wont cost me much/any money?

it is a 99 silverado(same body style as 99-07), it is a 2500 4x4. lifted.

please help. anything will help me. i need to have the truck to drive. my last resort will be calling a locksmith, what can he do?

Sounds like the shift interlock needs to be replace, but until then you can try this to get your key out:
