Default silverado needs a lift!

hi everyone, i really could use a lift for my 04 silverado crew cab 4x4. what brands and styles would you recommend for durability and longevity without compromising ride comfort. also should i get new shocks too? and what size tires would fit nicely afterwards?

i think sky jacker or rough country makes a 3 inch leveling kit
1 inch block in the rear and 3 in lift in the front and you can get them with new shocks and if i remeber right its under or right at 200
most people will recomend bilstien 5100 which are great for lifted trucks

the cheap route is to cranck your keys up and you can get 2 inches of lift in the front but this ads some stress to the front end and could wear out parts over time althought some people report not having any trouble at all and that should fit 285

Don't even need to buy a lift. Crank your stock torsion keys up, should get you 1.5"-2" and will easily clear 285s. I had 285/75/16 on my truck at stock height
