Default Silverado vibration

Hi-
This is my first time posting...The problem that I'm having on my '04 Silverado ext. cab is i get a bad vibration coming from the back of the truck at 61mph and up with just slight pressure on the gas pedal. (After letting off the gas and coasting, vibration almost goes away). Any ideas on what this is or what I should be looking for to fix it?

This is what I've looked into already:
*There are no engine misfires
*U-joints are brand new
*Tires have been balanced & road-force checked ok

Is it possible that there is too much backlash in the ring & pinion or an issue with the rear axle bearings?

Thanks

I had a smillar problem in my 05 2500HD & it turned out they had to do something to the drive shaft or rear end? They had to keep it overnight to do this & it was under warranty. They also said that not all trucks had the problem!

You should have the drive shaft balanced. Just because u- joints are new it does not mean they are good. Did you put the u-joints in for the problem? Did it change any? Is the lifted or lowered?
