Default since car accedent,

i have a 1993 k2500 with a 350 in it. and i have a plow frame on it and the frame got hit, so the frame hit the hood of the truck and bent the hood and smashed the grill up. My problem is since then the engine runs wierd, the oil pressure guage goes from 40 to 20 when not moving, and now it would even go so low that the truck will turn itself off, i also have a horrible exuast leak and the o2 sesor is blown out and the check engine light is on. (im trying to give as much details for you to know what i should do) i cant get it checked because the engine kight checker isnt made for that old of a vehicle. I changes the oil so the oil is up in the working zone. and i still have 2k miles till next. This truck has 150k miles on it. Anyone have any ideas??

PLEASE

the check engine light will be on from the O2 sensor being out for one. fix that to start.
for 93 obd1 you can jump (wow i forget what pins - someone chime in).. to make the light flash the code.
those years of 350's were bad about losing oil pressure, my 92 i had to replace the pump at 150k with a high volume just to keep it from losing it at idle.
if you need to, add some lucas or use thicker oil to keep her alive.
check the oil pressure sending unit for leaks. if it is leaking, replace it.

the ECU still relys on the o2 sensor to run correctly, if its not there your gonna have some drivability isues and horrible mileage
