Sirius FM adapter hookup

Sirius FM adapter hookup
Im installing Sirius into my 2003 Silverado 2500 HD and am wondering if the stock stereo can be hooked to Sirius' FM adapter. Ive pulled the stereo once already and it didnt seem like the antenna cable could be unplugged. Not wanting to break the stereo I stopped and am looking for some more information. Any help would be appreciated.
