Smoking and Clattering 92 Silverado 305
This morning, after I started my truck, I put it into drive and took off. When I checked side mirror for traffic I seen a pick puff of grey/white smoke. As I drove I kept noticing smoke, and as it heated up it started clattering really bad to where it scared into letting off the gas. I thought it might be my belt tensioner, but no, it's something else. I have 305 with 144,000, auto transmission. I have no thermostat, and a coolant leak on the front of the intake. Anyone?

With me being from Texas, as I believe SuperTexan is also, we probably think alike. Trust me, he was happy to get a direct answer. Straight and to the point is the way many Texans like it.
