I have a 2001 2500HD 2wd crew cab. When I start off from a dead start its like there is a little slack and you can feel a ****** when I accelerate. It seems to only do this after driving the truck for a few minutes. Ireplaced the mid driveshaft support bearing because it went bad but did not fix this problem. The UV joints seem to be good but not very certain!Has anybody ever had this problem and what is/are the solutions?

 

my 2002 1500 Z71 has a jerk/clunk when I take off from a stop and when I stop and the truck "rocks" back. I was told by my Uncle that had a 2000 Silverado that had the same problem it was some joints in the rear end...He said the 2000 had a recall on them or something and he was going to look it up for me. So when I get more info on it I'll pass it on to you.
