97 k3500 swapped out 4.10's for 3.73's....need to know how to fix my speedometer

maybe you need new speedomete gears? I think I read that somewhere, and that you it depends on your tiresize also and transmission. I found this, maybe it could help.

Depends. If you have a CPM, you need to reprogram it or replace the chip. If you're speedometer is mechanical, there's agear at the tranny you need to switch.
