Default Squealing / Squeaking at low speed / idle

For the last few weeks I've noticed a squealing / squeaking noise while I'm at low speeds or idle...for example it's really bad while waiting in line at a drive thru when I move up at a slow speed.

No noise noticed while actually engaging the brakes though.

I'm just throwing this out. Could it be a loose fan belt?
