Steering on 2500 vs. 2500HD

Steering on 2500 vs. 2500HD
Hello guys, new to the site.
Anyways, I wanted to purchase this kit from ebay:
Lower Upper Ball Joint Inner Outer TIE ROD 3 Spline Ptman Idler ARM Sway BAR 4WD | eBay
however it says it only works for HD models.
I have a 2004 Silverado 2500 6.0L with a 3 spline pitman arm and was wondering if all these parts are the exact same on both the regular 2500 and 2500HD models? Even though it only says HD can I still use everything in the kit?
