I have a 2001 Silverado Ext cab 4x4, the wind noise on drivers side at top where front & rear doors meet is really bad. Is there an adjustment of any kind or do I need new weather stripping which looks to be in good shape.
I know in the past this has been a problem with Chevys that developed over time from worn door hinges in my past reg. cab trucks, an 1980 and a 1990. I have a hearing imparement and it is so bad when a passenger speaks I can't understand what they are saying. I had hoped that it would not become a problem with this one.
I was told when I had one of the other trucks to put a piece of paper at the top and close the door if I could pull the paper out I needed new hinges would that be the case now?
Thanks and Happy New Year to everyone
