I'll second the supercharger route if you plan on mudding.

Neither.
Supercharger puts wear on your engine (even though minuscule, still wear and tear)
And with twin turbo's you'll be going through too many head gaskets.

What I would do is put a single turbine on, then install a housing for
the turbo and air filter and all so the mud will not affect The turbine
wheel or anything else mechanical. Then what I would do is create
an air intake Snorkel coming out the engine bay, going up thr passanger
side front windshield panel for your intake
So the mud will stay out, then have that intake supply the turbine and air filter
with the appropriate amount of needed air.
But that's just me.

Also, a supercharger will not gross you as much power as a turbo will.
And also a turbo will help improve gas mileage cuz it atomizes the air mixing with
The fuel so there is not as much unburned fuel.

forced induction and mud dont mix well, if you are trying to make a mud machine, you dont want either because both are geared towards horse power and you need low end torgue, you need to keep it natually asperated, a supercharger kit is going to cost you like $3000 and a twin turbo kit is going to be even more, what you need to do is just rebuild the engine and go with bigger pistons to increase the compression ratio and a cam, find a local performance shop and have them spec you a cam for low end torque, in the end you will save money and wont be the idiot thats always breaking down in the mud hole
