I have a 95 and the radio has never worked with the key off. Now today the radio is working with the key off. What cause this. I hate to run my battery down.

I would imagine the first check would be the ignition switch. Do the other switched accessories work too with the switch off?

Hope it's not your ignition switch going. If it is, you can count on it quitting at the least possible convenientplace and time.
