Default T-case leaking from seal

2004.5 Crew cab longbed, 4x4, d-max, Ally. The seal is leaking on the transfer case. Too busy to fix it myself, mechanic replaced it, still leaking...worse now. It was leaking in his parking lot when I picked it up (after hours). I have been home for one hour and it's definitely leaking. I have a leveling kit and I was wondering if that was what caused the leak. Any ideas on how a new seal could still leak?

the leveling kit picks up the front end, is it your front driveshaft? if it is then it may have had something to do with it, the driveshaft may have a wear line
