I really like the look of the newer tailgates with the larger chevy emblem in the center. Does anyone know if these tailgates are interchangeable with other years such as a 2005?

 

I think they're a little taller...but if you want just get the emlem and have it painted and stuck on your tailgate.

Thats what i did and i get compliments on it quite often because not too many people do it. also have your handles painted too. it looks much cleaner with it all done. look at my pics, i believe i have one on there of it
