TB spacer

anyone have good results with a throttle body spacer on a silverado 5.3? If so, what kind? Thanks

the only thing I've heard bout tb spacers on a newer silverado is that they don't work, at all. just a nice little faint whistle and bout 100$ lighter in the wallet
