I'm having exact same issue. I've replaced the injectors, the fuel pump, the regulator, the forward temp sensor, tested the map and tps which are both good. Fuel psi is 11. Still won't start.... also new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, verified correct wire placement, verified spark, not sure what else to do.... also verified wire paths back to ecu.
