Default throttle body spacer question?

I've been looking at them and Iwas wondering if anyone has any opinions on which one to go with. I've been looking at the Street & Performance Helix Power Tower TBS but I want an opinion on which is the best one for performance gains.

I concur that for the GenIII motors they don't help. This based on the topic having been beat to death on http://www.performancetrucks.net/for...archid=2322448
I have heard of guys that felt they had gotten a MPG improvement but I have to think that sometimes when you are trying to get an improvement, you drive a little differently and thus do achieve the desired gain. Read the 10 pages of threads and judge for yourself.

I would agree, on a TBI it acts similar to a high rise intake allowing more room for the fuel air mix. On MPI I don't think there would be any gain.

Big waste of money. It will not do anything.
