tire size

Ive looked around and found a lot of posts regarding tire size. But I can't really find the answer to what im looking for.

I have a 1997 Silverado 2wd 350. What are the largest tires that will fit on my truck without a lift or leveling kit, with stock 15" wheels.

I would think 16 would be stock.
