I had an offroad unlimited leveling kit put on my 05 2500HD. The recommended max tire is a 285/75/16, but I have a lot of clearance (I had the same tires on it stock). Realistically, can I put a bigger tire on my truck???? Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum!!! Depends on your drive train, and your warranty (if it is still under it). I don't know the specs but someone here should, just hang in there.

a friend of mine with an 02 2500hd with a leveling kit put 295/75/16 BFG all terrains on his and it looked awsome. had enough clearance all the way around. he just didnt replace the front shocks with longer ones and said he regretted it. but the BFG's didnt last but about 25000 miles before they were wore out (city and highway driving no off roading)
so i think you would be good with that size.
