2006 2500HD Level and tire size

I am going to purchase a 2006 2500HD duramax and was wondering what is the best leveling kit and tire size wheel combination that will fit. Is the torsion bar kit the way to go?

We have a stock 2500HD that we just upped to 265's. we were told that 285's would fit thogh
