Default tire size question....

Yes i was wondering if anyone has the 2010 silverado and if it is possible to put a set of 33's (285/70/17 i think) on these trucks.. some people i have been talking to have told me that there is no room and that the tires will ruband when you go to turn..

Any info at all ladies and gents would be greatly appreciated..

Intall a leveling lift kit. It will raise the front up by 1 to 3 inches. Im about to get my for Fathers day . Once you do that you will be able to clear 33's with no problem. The kit im getting is by Heavy Metal( on Ebay). Gonna have the Front Lifted 3in. and back 2in.

levelin kit will allow you to fit 33s no problem...the nnbs silverados have a square fender so you can't put big tires on at stock height...I had 33s on mine at stock before the levelin kr

if you get the levelin kit 33s aren't a problem. i've seen some fit 35s under there with a levelin kit and stock rims, with trimmin of course. so you're good to go. if it rubs, it'll be only at full lock and if you hit a bump or two...just do a little trimmin and you'll be ok
