Sounds like if your wife has a baby,DON"T PICK IT UP.
Hard to tell from the info you're providing, but if the T/C survived the initial abuse and ran,(just kidding about the baby,BTW) and your tranny is already refusing to proceed in a proper manner,my guess would be the tranny.
Three alternatives:
Replace the T/C new when you fix the tranny;
Replace the T/C with a junkyard unit when you fix the tranny;
Swap in a T/C from the junkyard now, and see if she straightens out and flies right...

IMO, do the minimum you have to until you find the actual problem; develop a repair strategy as soon as the problem is identified.
OK, that actually sounds a lot like the description of troubleshooting...

i used a stetha scope and traced it to either the back of my motor or in the case where the T/C is... at first i was thinking a blew up my engine AGIAN... but its something with the tranny and T/C... im going to buy a 700r4 out the my local junk yard for like $100 and i was going to pull the T/C with it... so i am going to replace the tranny and the T/C i might have to change me flex plate... anyways thnx for the help..
