Default Tow hitch advice

OK I am going to be towing a pop up camper that is about 1200 pounds and I want to carry my hitch bike rack. I am not sure which one of these would be best. Do I just get the draw bar with another reciever hooked on to it or do I get the reciever extension that has two recievers on the end. Any advice is appreciated.

Default dual hitch

if you get the one with two receivers on it it's going to get real sloppy and really bang around .
it will make it extend the wight further out and increase the tounge weight ,make sure the rig with the bike rack will clear the trailer tounge in all positions straight and in full turns when you jacknife the trailer when backing.

You can add plastic spacers to take the slop out. I like the double reciever because it gives you more options. You could put the bike rake on and one of those tray type ones to put coolers or gas cans on at the same time.
